JEFFERY P. CHILDS
Jeff Childs is a senior litigation solicitor and research lawyer with over 20 years of experience.
He has been involved in the research and drafting of materials in a variety of areas of law including labour and employment, constitutional, human rights, class actions, and commercial litigation and has prepared factums and memoranda of law that have been relied upon at all levels of tribunal and court, including the Supreme Court of Canada.
He has his Bachelor of Laws degree from Queen’s University and his Master of Laws Degree from Osgoode Hall Law School.
