Class action litigation

CLASS ACTION LITIGATION

Class Actions can avoid the necessity for hundreds or thousands of people filing similar individual lawsuits to claim relief. This often means that a single person can commence a class action on behalf of hundreds or even thousands of people. Class actions promote access to justice and ensure that people with similar claims are treated similarly.

We are experienced determined litigators who have many years of litigation experience and have applied this knowledge in numerous complex litigation and class action claims for our clients.

As members of the PDBL – Privacy and Data Breach Law Group we are currently representing class members in a number of class actions against organizations that have failed to protect their valuable data.
